Vostro 16 5630 Blue Screens and Recovery Mode Screens

Hi everyone.

I have 6 out of 8 Vostro 16 5630 laptops (which I purchased for my business back in July) that give me a ton of blue screens. Sometimes they bluescreen while in use, sometimes in sleep, and sometimes when you go to wake it up you'll get a blue screen OR the recovery mode blue screen. Dell wants me to factory reset, but... does this even make sense when it's happening to so many? I've disabled hibernate, which seems to have helped, and set the laptops not to sleep when connected to the battery, but today I had two computers that when we woke them up (and they were connected to their WD19s docking stations), they both booted up in Recovery Mode. I've updated every driver I can imagine, but honestly, what's going on with these machines? Is anyone else having issues? This is crazy.
