Vostro 15 5510, IO Board FFC Conversion – Schematic/Pinout Request

Dear Dell Support,

I am currently working on a hardware integration project involving two Dell I/O boards from different models.

I would like to request a schematic diagram or detailed pinout for the following I/O board:

• New I/O Board Model (to be installed): Dell PJ0KN / 0PJ0KN (40-pin FFC)

• Original I/O Board (existing): Dell 6NH0F / 0H82XV (50-pin FFC)

• Laptop Motherboard Model: Dell Vostro 5510

My goal is to convert a 50-pin FFC cable to a 40-pin I/O board, and in order to do that safely, I need to confirm the function and order of each pin. If possible, please provide a schematic, a pinout map, or any documentation that includes FFC connector details (pin function, voltage, ground, etc.). This information is crucial to avoid damage and ensure full compatibility.
