Vostro 15 3568, TPM could not be initialised

Did the TPM ever work correctly?  If not, where was the system originally sold?  There are large areas of the world where TPM technology is outlawed (or restricted due to US export laws)?

Yes before update I do not get ever below notification but just after this I am getting notifications

The only way to install Windows 11 is to do so in unsupported mode -- flyby11 is one utility that can do the job. 

There are a number of possibilities here - hardware failure, or simply running Windows 11 at all on hardware that doesn't support it (the TPM makes no real difference, since your CPU is unsupported).  You can disable the TPM and see if that resolves the message problem.

@ejn63​ tell me step how to disable tpm because there is no option showing of tpm in bios nor in anywhere in laptop then unable to disbale.so tell me step to bypass this tpm notification 

The Vostro 15 3568 (N060PSPCVN3568EMEA01_1801_H) variants released in the European Union already have a TPM 2.0 processor (2017).
