Vostro 15 3510, screen bezel coming off AGAIN!!!!

I have purchased this laptop for remote working and after the first month or so the lower right side of the monitor bezel pops away from the screen while opening it. What a frustrated surprise this was. I immediately called DELL to have this taken care of. Dell scheduled and sent out a technician who replaced the bezel and back in business. Well now 8 months later (of course warranty expired) I went to open the laptop and again the bezel comes apart from the monitor screen. Yet again I call DELL and to my surprise DELL says it is out of warranty and I will need to cover the cost of all repairs. Now seriously the exact same issue, same area, same problem yet I need to cover the costs. And to have it repaired they will need me to send in my laptop which I am using for work so that they can do the repairs. This could take 7 to 15 business days to complete. Do I just take vacation from work while they repair my computer? How do I work without the computer? Why can they not send a technician out to the house again to make the repair like last time. Well DELL said they can, but it will cost hundreds of dollars and they are not sure of the exact parts it would take to fix it. How do they not know what parts to fix it this time when they did the first time with no inspection. Honestly disappointed in DELL. I buy several laptops and desktops yearly and will no longer be using DELL if this is the type of service I receive when I have a problem with my products I purchase.

That bezel is inexpensive and very easy to replace. The old one pops off and the new one just clips back in. This YouTube video should illustrate the procedure (just pay attention to only the bezel removal). And the part is available at Parts-People here.
