Vostro 15 3000

I bought online a Dell Vostro 15 3000 Laptop with Windows 10 operating system installed.

From the beginning I could not use it. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to start. All the time the HDD is at 100% and the Memory at 97%.

I used the tests from the DELL website. Result: They found no problem.

I took it to Dell Service. Result: They found no problem." It works hard, but it works".??? They told me that windows consumes too many resources and that I have to replace the HDD with a SSD and to double the memory.

Then why did they sell it in this configuration?

The laptop has HDD = 1T and memory = 4 GB

Do you have this type of laptop? How does it work?

The Vostro 3000 is a series and not a specific model number. Looking at Dell sales you may see that the 3000 series systems are shown with at least 8GB of RAM and an SSD. The configuration you have would be considered a budget build and good for very basic use. And for vastly better performance an SSD and at least 8GB of RAM (preferably 16GB) would make a huge difference.
