Two Dell Vostro 5402 start to automatically shutdown/hibernate

Hi,

Our company has two Dell Vostro 5402 purchased at the same time. Also at the same time, for several weeks now they have been starting to automatically shut down/hibernate despite being connected to a docking station/charger.

One with Windows 10 and other Windows 11.

Both in great condition, constantly updated with the Dell application (drivers, bios, firmware).

Where is the problem?

We suspect Windows or Dell updates.

Any ideas?
