Stuck on restarting
I can't on my laptop because it is stuck on restarting i have tried so many ways to on it but it doesn't work please help me out

A model number would help diagnose the problem and what happened prior to this problem? Did the system apply updates such as a BIOS update? Try doing a reset which is disconnect the adapter and the battery. Then press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect everything and try to boot again.
