RAM Upgradation of Dell Vostro 14 3000

Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to seek your advice regarding my Dell Vostro 14 3000 series laptop, which has been operating very slowly. It currently takes a minimum of 4 to 5 seconds to switch between tabs in the Chrome browser, and the overall performance is noticeably sluggish.
Would you recommend upgrading the RAM from the current 4GB to improve its performance? If so, what specific RAM capacity and type would you suggest for a smoother and faster operation?

Yes, the system needs more RAM; 4G just doesn't cut it with Windows 10 or 11.

If the system has a spinning hard drive, replacing that with a native SSD is also a good idea. The manual has your storage options.
