paying a huge amount for a screen that broke 2 times in the first 4 years of use

I Had problem with the screen, which broke in its connection to the keyboard, after the first two years of use. The problem was covered by the warranty, but now, exactly two years later, I have the same problem  and the Greek technical service asks me 358€ for the replacement. In the first 4 years of use, this malfunction occurs to me twice and you ask me to pay such an amount for an expensive laptop brand dell, which was supposed to work perfectly for at least ten years. I cannot believe that such a company supplying defective components and forcing customers to pay such sums for damage repair in such a short period of time.  The reason for buying such a product was precisely its reliability and durability. I consider this situation to be a huge exploitation and defamation to your company.

of course and I can't find a senior member to contact and the only answer i get i this «our technical team has concluded that any recurrence of this issue is not due to the manufacturing process. We consider the computer to be operating within Dell’s specifications. Consequently, this particular issue is not covered by Dell when there is no active service warranty». 

So, i understand that a laptop is dell only good for two years.
