No audio in WIndows 10 or Windows 11 and also in BOIS
There is no audio output in win10 and also win11 after update windows
Also, no audio with startup my laptop in bios
Note: All drivers installed and updated by Dell program

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
