My optiplex 3080 isn't turning on

Hey there 👋 

I have a Optplex 3080 which was working fine a few days ago , but idk ( I don't know ) I tried opening my pc but it won't turn on

A white light blinks 1 time and then disappears after a few second again white light blinks and disappears this continues 

Monitor doesn't show anything , please tell me the issue
