My new Dell Vostro 3400 laptop show invalid service tag issue ?

I recently ( 3 March 2023 ) purchased Dell Laptop  of Vostro series, but when check its service tag is register or not, then its not register and showing invalid service tag issue in all plateform, due to this issue i  am unablet to take any dell support, warrenty and extedn warrenty also.  I called to dell support and send them invoice detail with laptop detail, but they  unable to help me, becuase they want Dell Purchase Id, but that id not mention on invoice,  I called with store, but they ignored me, what should i do? and who will help me?
