my laptop is not turning on

Hi I have bought a new Dell laptop and its not turning on, sorry i am totally new to computers as i am a farmer.

my laptop model is

DELL Vostro 15 3520 Laptop - Alder Lake - 12th Gen Core i3 Processor 8-GB to 32GB 512-GB to 2-TB SSD, Intel Integrated Graphics

Since this system is about 2.5 years old at this point, you're best off contacting the seller for refund or replacement.
