My Dell Vostro 14 3000 up and left key partially working
I noticed my up and left key don't work with some applications like excel and occasionally chrome.
Please advice on how I can go about it.

Attach an USB keyboard.
If everything works, then you most likely have broken keys on the laptop's keyboard.
