I don't know what laptop you have. You identified your laptop as a Vostro, but you posted in the Alienware forum. I also don't know where and when you see that error, and what app generates the error, because you didn't tell us. The more information you give us, the better, including what version of Windows you have.
That error has been associated with the My Alienware app. If that's what you have, delete that app, reboot, then reinstall the app from the Windows Store.
If that doesn't eliminate the error, then there may be a conflict with another app. Some users found that they needed to open Killer Control Center and create an exception for My Alienware app.
