My Computer is acting weird

Hi,

    I have a Dell Vostro 3710 i3 12100 model so yesterday I tried turning it on it turned on but none of my USB devices were working so I tried shutting it down by powering it down but after turning it back on my computer powered without even needing to push the power button and the computer was on but there was no display so I leave it for a min suddenly the fans start spinning very fast and there was no display and my USB devices just blink pls help me fix it
