money debited but order number not assigned - dell india

Question

I wanted to purchase a laptop from your website however on making payment online I got a transaction failure message: 'your request could not be processed please contact customer care'. I have confirmed with my bank (SBI) that the payment transaction was successful, but no order is available when I log into my dell account the item is still lying in the cart with the checkout button. Please either refund the money immediately or confirm my order. Transaction amount is  ₹ 38,489.00  payment made on 16/09/2020.

This is a user to user forum in US. You have to contact Dell Sales in India. When you order online money is never transferred until after order has been confirmed and item is shipped. You might not have been at an actual Dell site. Wire payments are not used at Dell. Contact your bank and try and get the money back.

Hey! so anyone actully get's there money back or just every one is facing this issue? I am having same situation and my money got deducted on 23-10-2020 and just hearing that we are looking into this and all. No-one has provided any solution any solution yet.

i had complete purchase on date 27th Aug now its more than 48hrs but order not reflected on my account. this is not a good thing.
