Minor jerk freezes or shuts down laptop

Laptop : Dell Vostro 3501 , OS: Windows 10  ,Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz 1.19 GHz , Installed : RAM 8.00 GB  , SSD: 120GB (recently installed) , System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor 

Sometimes if there is a minor jerk to the laptop , the screen completely freezes(no response if I move the cursor or press any key, only power button works) or the windows blue screen error appears with some error code  , than I have to shutdown using the power button and restart . Why does it happen ? Is there any fix for this ?
