Low battery just while installing dell power manager

Hello
I just bought a new battery for my pc from a store, I installed the dell power manager software from the official website and during the preparation of the installation, windows shows me that my battery is low %6 while it was charged to 80%.
Is it that it has a report, or it is pure coincidence?

The battery is detected, and yes i bought it from third party store

Is what you purchased an OEM battery, or third party -- and check in setup (F2 at powerup) -- does the firmware recognize the battery?
