Laptop warranty claim in india purchased in dubai
When I purchased this they told DELL provide global warranty.then why there denied to resolve my issue.
My laptop' s hinge is broken and laptop in warranty but in india dell service centre are denied to accept my warranty because of its dubai's purchased laptop .

There is no global warranty -- the base warranty on Dell systems is valid only in the country of purchase.
You will need to check with Dell India about support for whatever system you purchased -- in order to transfer internationally, the model must be available in India and you must now purchase an onsite warranty upgrade.
