Laptop stuck at starting

I have installed  window 10 in my Dell laptop and today I have installed Ms word, excel and PowerPoint in it. During my work mine laptop run out of the charging and switched off I apply power cable for charging and when I start my computer it get stuck after window signs the desktop seems black and it's not working now I have restart it several times using the button but nothing happens so what should I do now?

This happened most of the time if you are not shutdown your laptop properly. Due to this it affect hard disk and this types of problem occurs. You can try these following solutions

  • Hard Reset: Turn off the laptop, unplug the power, and remove the battery (if possible). Hold the power button for 15 seconds. Reconnect everything and turn it on.

  • Safe Mode: Restart and press F8 repeatedly to enter Safe Mode. If it starts, uninstall the recently installed Microsoft Office.

  • System Restore: In Safe Mode, search for "System Restore" and roll back to a point before the issue.

  • Startup Repair: Turn on the laptop, press F11 to access recovery options, and choose "Startup Repair."

  • Check Disk: In recovery mode, open Command Prompt, and run chkdsk /f /r to check for disk errors.
