My Dell Vostro 5568 laptop goes into the recovery mode when I leave it idle for like 15-20 minutes the recovery screen appears. I have to shut down my laptop completely and then start laptop to work. What is this strange problem? Please help me to fix it

The repeated failures are a clue that something is wrong that simply rebooting won't fix.
Since it seems to be the only supported Windows version on the platform, I'll assume you're running Windows 10. Try checking the event log: run Event Viewer and view it full-screen. Under Custom Views, click Administrative Events and scroll through the events. Examine the events (especially Errors, with the little red icon) that occurred just before the computer shut down. The info in the General tab in the lower half of the screen will probably be most helpful.
In case this doesn't prove definitive, could you please share some details about your configuration: CPU, RAM, storage, graphics?

This is the screenshot of the event viewer after the failure which occurred around 2:30.
Also, my CPU is Intel i5 7200U, RAM is 8 GB, storage is 1TB and graphics is intel HD graphics 620 and geforce 940mx 4GB each.
