keyboard vostro 14-3468 The 2 symbols on the keyboard, namely (>, don't work, really need a keyboard driver, hopefully this will help solve

There was a problem with the Dell keyboard that I have, the Dell Inc type. Vostro 14-3468 which has 2 symbols ( > cannot be used when pressing the shift key... so I speculate that you might need a Dell keyboard driver to be able to overcome these 2 symbols which are difficult to use. I hope Dell can help THANK YOU

Unless all of the keys are malfunctioning, this is not a driver issue.  Run a full system diagnostic, including the interactive keyboard test (F12 at powerup).  Do the keys in question pass the diagnostics?
