issue with HDMI cable connect to our Dell PC (Vostro 15 3510)

Hi,
We have an issue with HDMI cable connect to our Dell PC 
We set our Dell PC auto turn on 8am in the morning via BIOS setting and turn off at 11pm via task scheduler.
Our Dell PC always connected using power cable.
We set our Dell PC always the screen lid close and done set in Windows setting "When I close the lid" => Do nothing
If the Dell PC connected using HDMI cable into the TV, the Auto turn ON will not working. We hear only fan running.
If the Dell PC not connected using HDMI cable, the Auto turn ON working perfect
We done and try change using other HDMI cable but the the result is same (not working)
If we restart the PC in the morning with the HDMI Cable attached - and the Lid open - The PC works well and the HDMI Cable works well.
Can you help me how to solve this issue?
