issue : Webcam Indicator Light Turns On During Media Playback

Seeking Assistance to Address the Issue

I have encountered an issue with my Dell Vostro 5620 laptop that has been quite concerning. Whenever I play a video on platforms like YouTube, Udemy, or Netflix, I've noticed that my webcam's indicator light turns on. This has caused me some anxiety, as I've been worried that my laptop might have been compromised or that someone might be accessing my camera without my consent. 

I've taken a few steps to address this issue, such as reinstalling Windows and ensuring that all my drivers are up to date. I've also checked to make sure that no other applications are actively using my camera. Additionally, I've attempted to disable camera access for my web browser, but the issue persists.
