Is it possible that my laptop has error 8ac6d992 because it has the wrong service tag?

I have a Vostro 3500 laptop, when I start it the error 8ac6d992 appears and then the manufacturing mode is activated, the fan sounds very loud, I saw that it is solved by placing the service Tag, When I tried to enter the code I saw that I already had that code, although it was the same model (Vostro 3500) the service tag was different, could that be causing the problem?

It looks like an error from Dell support assist.  It's not clear what you mean by "already had that code" but service tags are serial numbers -- no two should ever be the same.

@ ejn63 Basically, when I wanted to put the service Tag in the BIOS to solve the problem there was another service Tag, when putting the service Tag that was different in the dell page, I saw that although it was a different service Tag,  Both service Tag were of the vostro 3500 model

You'd need a shop that has the tool to remove the existing service tag -- it's not something generally accessible to the public.  If the issue is Support Assist, you'd be better off simply removing that.
