inbuilt camera not working and microphone also in dell vostro 15 3568
hii sir ,madam plz do something i dont know that this software problem or hardware i do many things but nothing gonna happen. yesturday i call to dell cutomer care they told me some instrutions and i follow all but nothing gonna happen. please help me

can you give us more information about the problem? For example you can provide us with info on:
1. What is currently your problem with your camera and microphone?
2. What was the instructions from the Dell customer care?
