How do I use num keys on my laptop. I need to use a program but it uses Num keys to control it. How do I enable and use num keys?

Some laptop keyboards have some keys with secondary characters to serve as a number pad when pressed with a modifier key (like Fn). Your keyboard appears not to have that.
You could use an external number pad, either via USB or wireless. Here are a few examples on Amazon.
You could use Windows on-screen keyboard, though not the most convenient method.
You could use a utility like AutoHotkey to map number pad keys to key sequences on your keyboard. I've used that method and it works well.
