Graphics and font corruption on screen

I have an issue with my Dell Vostro 5515 which I bought in February 2022. recently I have started getting corrupted text on my screen where the fonts appear to be distorted and have colour blocks behind them.

I have done a total refresh of the laptop by installing a fresh and clean install of Windows 11 Pro on it which I though would rule out a software corruption but it is still doing it which suggests a hardware issue.

I have attached a photo below of the screen when this happens.
