Got a poor customer service experience from my laptop's display issue twice

i purchased a dell laptop on january 2023 and after 6 month of usage, a dead pixel appeared in my screen and i contacted dell customer service immediately about this issue after talking to the personnel they came to the conclustion that my display was to be replaced and the technician came to my house for the replacement but when i used my laptop after the service my display was yellowish in colour insted of looking white even when i opened a white picture it was yellowish(something like when you activate night light that type of yellowish display throughout my screen) and i said that the display had a problem to the technician who came to replace it but he just said to me that the display will be like that only and that if i have any issues with it i have to contact dell and so i did but the online team refused to accept my complaint, so i took my laptop to their autorised service center and after some conversation they took my case and told me that they'll contact dell regarding my issue and that it'll take them 12-14 working days to finish this and after some 10 days they informed me that my laptop has been fixed and that i can collect it from the center but when i used the laptop the yellowish display was still there and when i told them this they said "that the laptop default colour is like that only and that they can see it white" i need dell to contact me for this issue as soon as possible

I would suggest contacting Dell tech support. This is a user to user forum and service calls are generally not initiated due to user requests. You can also click on the Get Help Now button on the bottom of the page.

@JOcean​ sorry didnt knew there were different sections for models of laptop mine was vostro and i mistakely posted on xps section so copied the text here

@user_f12c58​ Not a problem, according to my family I am good for at least 1 mistake a day.
