Fed up of Vostro 3520

I bought the new vostro just 5 months ago. It worked smoothly initially but from December hibernate failed (Blue screen error) then with consequent windows 11 updates and dell updates things started to fall apart.

Facing issues in audio driver more frequently. Had to restart it to reset the driver all the time.

Another annoying thing was the BIOS update which kept on attempting to install again and again even though in the end it says Latest version is already installed.

Last week or week before I started noticing small cracks on hinge of the screen and this was growing each time I take my laptop and travel to the university. I'm a student and I can't keep the laptop fixed at home all the time. I also have ensured that there was no physical damage or liquid spillage done on it. But even then it cracked and today the hinge is like stuck to the keypad

I reached out to the support team from last week but it hasn't been quite useful to the extent of issues present on the system.
