Does Vostro 3546 comes with Wave Maxx Audio pro or not ? If Yes then where is the working application ?
I reinstalled the windows 10 and i downloded the Realtek audio driver from dell website. but as per the dell mentioned "This audio driver requires the Waves MaxxAudio Pro or Dell Optimizer application to be installed to have full functionality" but I did not find any option to get Maxxaudio Controler to work on my Laptop. Kindly Help !!

Just download and install this Realtek driver Audio_Driver_PKGMR_WN32_6.0.1.7564_A01.EXE. After the installation, Dell Audio application will be installed automatically. You might see the notification on system tray.

Many users have successfully repair it by a complete removal, uninstallation of Realtek driver and its software (tick the box). Restart, reboot the machine and allowing Windows to run update, sometimes, driver is in optional updates.

@Chino de Oro I done this so many times but didn't get maxxaudio full version with controller. I also checked inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\Waves and again installed "Maxx Audio Installer (x64)" file but still dont get the whole controller. I also extracted this file using 7zip to see whats inside this file...... There is no proper application found inside this file like others.

From all your screenshots, you may have installed different versions of audio controllers on your system. It's a bit difficult to tell you the exact cause. But, if you've just done the installation of Windows recently, you may consider to redo it again.
For proper drivers installation, download and install the chipset driver first, then run Windows update for the remaining drivers. Then installing all drivers that are located in optional updates.
Or, you can skip the BIOS and installing all drivers in the order of this instructional article https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132394/how-to-install-dell-drivers-in-the-correct-order

Do you have Dells factory version of windows or did you reinstall windows and if so did you install windows with less OS partitions?
I just know if you dont have Dells original recovery partition. Its mostly no luck with that audio driver.
