Dell Vostro stuck at dell logo
I tried to boot from a usb drive but it got stuck at bios and after I forced shutdown it is now stuck at dell logo, it doesn't even boot into diagnostics.

There's a good chance the hard drive is broken. You can try to remove the hard disk after the boot test, if the normal past DELL LOG indicates that you want to change the hard disk!
