Dell Vostro 7620 - Balck horizontal bar on screen showing - how to fix ?

Hi,
I purchased dell vostro 7620 recently in June 2023. it works fine, however when I turn it on today it is showing black horizontal bar on the screen (see below screenshot)
Couldn't figure out - why suddenly showing black bar? how to fix it? Is it LCD related issue?

Since you're in a web browser, at the upper-right corner of the browser window, click the square icon to maximize the application. (The "Maximize" square icon is beside the X that closes the window.) Reply here to let us know if that worked.
