Dell Vostro 5490 Motherboard Issues and Replacement Options in Brazil

Hi Dell Community,

I own a Dell Vostro 5490 that is experiencing multiple issues, including display problems and failure to start. After troubleshooting, I believe the motherboard might be faulty.

Unfortunately, I've been unable to find a replacement motherboard for my laptop model on the Dell website. I haven't tried local Dell retailers in Brazil yet. The warranty for my device has expired.

I'm seeking advice on where to find a genuine Dell Vostro 5490 motherboard in Brazil. Any information regarding authorized service centers or potential alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues with their Dell Vostro 5490? If so, how did you resolve them?
