Dell Vostro 5410 can't set internal monitor resolution to 1920x1080
Hi everyone, I'm writing this post because i recently got a Dell Vostro 5410, with an I7-11390H and a MX450, besides the thermal thing, everything runs very smoothly, but that's not a problem since i bought this laptop for multitasking at my job (developer and VR/AI stuff).
The problem resides in the internal monitor i believe, since this laptop is specified to have a FHD display with 1920x1080 internal resolution, but I cannot get it to work past 1366x768.
I've tried changing the Intel drivers but got no workaround, tried the same connecting an HDMI cable to see if i can duplicate my 1080p display i use for work, but it stays to 1366x768, and my external monitor in 1080p.
Also the laptop was only manufactured with FHD 1080p display, so I don't know how is this not working.
Cheers and Salutes
Cheers and thanks in advance

Verify the screen type at setup (F2 at powerup). If it shows FHD as it should, then -- do you have the video drivers correctly loaded for your GPU?

@ejn63 Hi, i checked bios and said it was HD, instead of the FHD advertised on specifications for the this line of laptop, can it be it had its screen changed?
Also i tried a lot of drivers with no way around whatsoever. But it seems it's a problem of the monitor not being as the specified one on the spreadsheet.

That is what happened somewhere during the system life.
