Dell Vostro 3525 - Ryzen 5 5625U - Default TDP

Hi, 

I see that the default tdp of this cpu is 15w on product spec page and based on the performance mode, the tdp is changed. if i set to Öptimised mode in Thermal in My Dell -> Power app i see the default tdp is configured to 25w and bcos of 6 core and single fan i believe it heats a lot and see temperature between 75 and 85. If i change to Cool, the TDP is set to 15w. For me this gives sufficient performance but not sure if i have change this from here ?  Becasue there is no option to change this from BIOS. Also it can overload the fans. Is there any setting by which we can default the tdp to 15w-20w and let it allow to boost to higer power on loads ? I have the latest BIOS updates.
