Dell Vostro 3520, The light next to my charger port keeps blinking.
Short White blinks 4 times and 1 orange blink in after a longer time, and repeat.
My orignal charger did get damaged and I changed it( the adapter joining metal part that gets inserted got a bent or broken inside). I then started using a new one a some months ago but am only now noticing this sequence of blinking so it may or may not be related. The charger does work by the way.

Interestingly this doesnt occur immediately after turning on.

Temporary Battery Failure: Generally seen when the battery gets too hot.
Is the computer used in a warm ambient environment?
Is it being used on a hard surface?

@DELL-Donald K Its currently winter but laptop does heat up. Mostly used on my table but I have a cloth below it.
