To prepare for Windows installation, restore your system BIOS firmware to default settings. Access Maintenance and use Data Wipe option to clean the SSD drive.
At BIOS default settings, your SATA operation mode is set to AHCI. Storage device should be visible to Windows installer.
Otherwise, you can download and extract this Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver to a USB drive and use it to load driver https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=xw8pp&oscode=wt64a&productcode=vostro-15-3520-laptop

The solutions mentioned by Chino and ejn63 are correct and lead to the same point: get the updated driver and extract files, copy to USB, and provide this driver during Windows installation by clicking Browse " and selecting the correct folder (point to driver\vmn folder). It worked very well for me. same laptop Dell vostro 15 3530.
