Dell Vostro 3520 Audio Driver Problem
Hello ,
I just bought a new notebook, but the audio is not working. I tried installing the driver, but it says 'doesn't support your system.' How can I fix this?
- Laptop brand and model (dell vostro 3520).
- Operating system (Windows 11 Pro x64 , ).
- I download driver from official dell page

You may try to uninstall the audio driver in Device Manager and reboot the system to allow Windows to reinstall. Also, check BIOS settings for audio option is enabled.
If the driver does not fix issue, it could be hardware problem. You may contact seller for resolution.

I had the same issue as you, i've ended up uninstalling the audio card in the device manager, rebooting, going to the dell site, searching for my computer by the service tag and then going to the recommended downloads, which included the audio drivers for Cirrus Logic High Definition Audio Driver and not the realtek, I figured it's cirrus before I did all of that since I searched for the hw number in device number and saw it's cirrus... hope that will help you resolve your issue.
