Dell Vostro 3500 Keyboard Replacement - Help!

Hi Dell Community,

I own a Dell Vostro 3500 and unfortunately, some of the keys on my keyboard are no longer working. I've been trying to find a replacement keyboard on the Dell online store but it seems keyboards aren't sold online.

I'm located in São Paulo, Brazil, and would prefer to purchase the keyboard locally. Does anyone know what model of keyboard I need and where I can find it?

If purchasing in Brazil proves impossible, I'm open to buying the keyboard from overseas. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

There are two different Vostro 3500 systems -- one from 2010 and one from 2021.  Which model do you have?
