Dell Vostro 3500 i7-1165g7

Hi all,

I have a Dell Vostro 3500 i7-1165g7 with Intel Xe & Nvidia GeForce MX330.

Based on specs it only supports 1080p 60Hz from HDMI output (manual here: https://dl.dell.com/topicspdf/vostro-15-3500-laptop_owners-manual2_en-us.pdf)

I also have a 4K monitor (MSI Optix mag281urv) and for some months now for some reason I was able to run it at 4K since Windows listed its resolution. Suddenly I lost this option and now works at 1080p which is the normal. Does anyone have a clue what might have happened or how can I trick it to work again at 4K? Even at lower Hz.
