Dell Vostro 3459 Pinch Zoom not working.

Dell Vosro 3459 running on windows 10. 

Everything was running smoothly, when suddenly the pinch zoom stopped working.

The functions are enabled. 

PS: 

I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the drivers for this device. (The latest driver was of 2018). 

Every other function like scrolling, 3 finger/4 finger gestures work fine. 

It is only the pinch zoom that is not working. Instead of zooming it starts horizontal scrolling.
