Dell Vostro 3350

Hello,, the computer it's stock on the bios screen,, press f2 or f12, did try external keyboard, flash from usb ,, etc. can't locate a bios chip on the motherboard to replace it. Also can't find a  bios chip number// model. Please help.

There are boards for this model on EBay for under $20 -- it's not worth the time or effort to replace the EEPROM.

Download the BIOS for your model and format a usb not more than 8gb to FAT32 and copy the BIOS setup.exe and BIOS_IMG.rcv and now rename the application as BIOS_IMG.exe for only the bios setup the recovery image is already named correct. 

completely turn off the laptop. Remove battery optional then plug the USB then hold ctrl+esc by holding it plug the AC adapter which will open up the window of BIOS recovery which will load the firmware form usb and recover it.

NEVER UNPLUG ADAPATER OR USB OR CLOSE THE LID DURING THE PROCESS MAY CAUSE TO PERMENTALY CORRUPT THE CHIP.
