Dell Vostro 14-5410 Goodix Fingerprint Can't Work
I can't sign in using my laptop's fingerprint. Can't register my fingerprint with windows hello.
My fingerprint driver is goodix, and i have used the latest version of fingerprint driver (v20.6.0.7).
there are 2 error descriptions that appear when I want to register my fingerprint in windows hello :
The description of the first error is : "Sorry, Something went wrong. This PC doesen't have a suitable fingerprint readers".
The second is "sorry, something went wrong. The fingerprint reader is disconnected. Reconnect it and try again".
I have enabled biometrics in the group policy editor (gpedit.msc). Credential manager and windows biometric services have started automatically (services.msc).
I've tried all tutorials on the internet to fix fingerprint problem in windows 10/11. But still doesn't solve the problem.
This problem with windows hello fingerprint has been going on for a few days. Since I installed windows update and installed latest Bios version via dell support help app.
Please help. What should I do to solve this problem?

Is the latest version of bios causing this problem?
Or an outdated goodix driver that is not compatible with the current windows system?
Because the last fingerprint driver came out on 18 may 2021.
