Dell vostro 14-3468 battery ussue

Greetings!

I have a dell laptop which has a strange battery issue. At 100% battery, it drops to 50 in 5 minutes and laptop goes to sleep. After awaking it, battery drops to 7 in another 5 minutes. Then it goes from 7 % to 0 in 20 minutes.

Starnge thing is it works for hour at 0%. I have tried every method of battery calibration and none worked for me.
