Dell Vostro 14 3000 is incredibly slow
I have been using dell vostro 14 3000 for 1.5 years. It's been very slow in boot up, opening any application or switching to another application. I have disabled most processor/ram hungry apps. I use it only with windows and for Microsoft application. Yet it's dead slow. Are there any solutions for this?

Any combination of an i3 CPU with either less than 8G RAM or a spinning hard drive will never be a good performer. If you have A spinning hard drive, replace it with a solid state drive, and if you have less than 8G RAM, it needs to be upgraded to a minimum of 8G.
You can't upgrade the CPU.
