Dell vastro 15 5310 boot problem

Hello there,

I have bought a new Dell vostro 15 6310 with HDD.

I upgraded in with m.2 ssd.

After I installed is the new windows 10, I completely formatted the HDD hard disk and recreated it as 2 logical partitions.

I installed a new windows update and I restarted the laptop.

The windows didn't boot and there was a message saying "Httpsboot failed to initialize network connection"

What is the problem and how can I fix it?
