Dell U2723QE turns 30hz after upgrading macOS to 13.0
my monitor is Dell u2723qe, I used to get 4k 60hz display on the monitor connecting with my Macbook pro 2020 with a type c to type c cable.
However, I upgraded my Mac OS to 13.0 last night, and the monitor turned 30hz only. And I can't make changes on it in my Mac.
What can I do to get back to 60hz? Thanks !!

Unless the system shows the same problem connected to another system (preferably one running Windows), this is a question for Apple support -- it's not a function of the monitor, but the operating system.

the problem remains the same. I am wondering if the driver of my monitor is not fit with Mac OS 13, however, I already get the latest update of the software and drivers from Dell
