Dell SupportAssist Error SupportAssist Is Unable To Connect to the Internet

Hello,

I have a Dell Vostro 5402 Laptop that I use Dell SupportAssist on regularly. However, it always says that it is offline (Dell SupportAssist is not able to connect to the internet), even though I have a normal internet connection. I have tried reinstalling and troubleshooting Dell SupportAssist many times, and I even tried to reset/format my entire Windows 11 23H2, but it did not solve the problem.

I can access the internet in other applications, but the problem is only with Dell SupportAssist.
Can anyone please help me fix this issue?
